Perhaps you have already taken an architect under advisement to put together your building application? In that case, you are waiting for a building permit to start. At this stage, we are happy to check with you whether we can make a useful addition to your planned project.
If you have not yet engaged an architect, we will first check with you whether your building plans require a permit and therefore an architect is needed to make the application.
Should that be the case, we will be happy to put you in touch with the adequate architect to look into it.
On the basis of a pre-design or draft, we prepare a detailed first estimations of the works.
The possible irritations of building owners to activate the various contractors in the right time are now a thing of the past.
